                                      Our Warranty Policy

Our limited 5-year warranty covers the following things:
1. All Parts including optical sensors and controller Unit,
Fineir will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange of defective parts under the period of warranty.

2. Labor,
Fineir will provide labor for repairing defective parts free of charge.

How to obtain warranty services:
Note: Before you are trying to obtain the warranty, it is strongly suggested to contact the reseller firstly to make sure that the product needs to be repaired before you made the return decision.

To claim under this warranty, you must return the Product to the authorized reseller from whom you purchased, it is also necessary for you to present the documents with proof of purchasing date. If the reseller has determined that the product needs to be serviced under the warranty service condition, you will be responsible for all shipping including the return shipment and insurance charges. The reseller may require the payment of such costs before returning the product to you. It is assumed you have to take all possible risk of loss and/or damage during the shipment.

How to obtain repair service if the product is out of warranty:
If the product is out of the warranty, you will be quoted by reseller for the replacement or repair cost. No work will be performed without your confirmation on all the cost for repairing.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
1. Products that have been previously disassembled repaired or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
2. Damages caused due to improper installation, operation or connection to improper voltage supply.
3. Cosmetic damages and physical damages caused by improper handling.
4. Damages due to misuses, abuses, negligence, modifications or by any accidents.
